Factory-fresh beer and a signature snack

HOP STAND Sannomiya is a beer pub in Kobe’s Chuo Ward. In its Instagram post, the bar spotlighted a pairing of factory-fresh Rokko Beer with its nama rakkyo yukke, a dish built around crunchy texture and a gentle spicy kick. The combination is clearly aimed at making a cold draft beer feel even sharper and more refreshing.

Rokko Beer by the glass or in a tasting set

The bar serves Rokko Beer as a three-beer tasting set, with 180 ml pours in a choose-three format. Options include Bay Ale, Brown Ale, Porter, and White Daidai Ale. Bay Ale leans citrusy, Brown Ale brings a rounded malt finish, Porter adds dark-malt richness, and White Daidai Ale is fragrant with daidai citrus.

A casual Sannomiya stop

The shop is about a five-minute walk from Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station and has 24 seats, including counter, table, and terrace seating. It opens at 5 p.m. on weekdays and at 2 p.m. on weekends and holidays, so it works for both after-work drinks and daytime drinking. With yakitori and easy bar snacks on the menu, it is a practical place to enjoy Kobe craft beer without overthinking the occasion.
