The beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, has announced its beer lineup for April 24. Near Morishita Station, it is the kind of place where you can enjoy beer and food together, and this time it offers a broad selection from both taps and bottles.

Two new taps

The two new additions for the day are Shiokaze Blue Lab's "THE" American IPA and Open Air Brewing's "warm up" Hazy IPA. The former is an American IPA brewed with MI Mackinac, US Chinook, US Mosaic, and US Strata hops, and puts citrus and piney aromas front and center. The latter is a Hazy IPA made with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, and is said to feature aromas reminiscent of grapefruit and tropical fruit, along with a body that has a soft sweetness.

A strong bottle lineup too

On the bottle side, VERTERE's "Vespa" and VERTERE's "Heliconia" have arrived. Vespa is a collaboration with Magpie Brewing from Jeju Island, Korea, and comes in a distinctive Mango Sour w/Pineapple & Chili format. Heliconia is introduced as a tropical Hazy IPA evoking mango and pineapple.

In addition, several Collective Arts offerings are lined up, including BetweenThePalms, RubyStriker, GrapeCalamansiSour, SummitPeak, LifeInTheClouds, GoodMonster, and RansackTheUniverse, giving the menu a very wide range of flavors. Depending on your mood, you can choose from IPA, Hazy, or sour.

Other taps

The regular taps also include Nomcraft's "Banana Kick" Banana Weizen, Black Tide Brewing's "Second Breath" IPA, Yamorido's "Tiger Kick" West Coast IPA, and TAROS BREWING's "TOPOLOGY#10" DDH Hazy IPA, creating a lineup centered on hop-forward beers and spanning everything from weizen to hazy styles.

Mukuraf is an easy-to-stop-by beer pub along Shin-Ohashi Street. Within its calm, welcoming setting, the appeal of the place is the chance to enjoy both fresh draft openings and a strong bottle selection. Even on this day, when temperatures apparently did not rise very much, it still had a solid lineup suited to the changing season, from IPA and Hazy IPA to sour ales.
