Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo shared a Wednesday update on Instagram, saying service was back after a long break and that seats were plentiful. The post centers on three newly connected draft beers and a tap board built for warm weather.
New drafts
- Shiga Kogen Beer: Muga Mucchu Hazy IIPA
- Nomcraft: Green Magic Hazy IPA
- KaruizawaQ: Ann Fruit Ale with apricot
Muga Mucchu is described as a juicy Hazy IIPA with grapefruit, hassaku citrus, peach and pineapple notes. Green Magic leans into Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hops for bright citrus, tropical fruit and pine. Ann uses apricot from Chikuma, Nagano, and brings a soft body with a crisp, refreshing acidity.
What else is pouring
- Asahi Breweries: Jukusen Pilsner
- Hansharo Beer: Peach White IPA Yume Mizuki
- Oni Densetsu: Shin Oni Gunso IPA
- Bottle beers from VERTERE, West Coast Brewing and GOODHOPS
Mukuraf also notes bottle-only sales and keg takeout, so it works both as a stop-in pub and a place to grab beer to go. The food list is equally beer-friendly, with zucchini quiche, a chilled wakame-and-cucumber soup, horse sashimi and roast goose among the day’s dishes.
