At Mountain River Brewery in Kugayama, Suginami Ward, Tokyo, a new version of the IPA series "Aromatic four" has appeared. In the post, it is presented as a series that uses four kinds of hops to explore complex flavors.

This version is a West Coast IPA / Alc 6.0%. Its aroma profile is described with notes such as pineapple, tropical fruit, lime, lemon, berry, and candy, and it is characterized by an aroma design that has depth as well as brightness. While the bitterness is clearly present, the beer is said to be finished with drinkability in mind as well.

The hops used are four types: Mosaic, Meridian, Anchovy, and Zumo. By combining hops that emerged in the early 2010s with hops released over the past few years, the beer creates aromatic layers that never feel monotonous. It is a composition especially well suited to people who want to enjoy a balanced mix of hop-driven fruitiness and resinous character.

A Kanda River promenade is located near the shop, making it a place you can stop by on a spring walk. One of the charms of the Kugayama area is that you can enjoy a freshly brewed beer that only a brewery can offer while savoring the seasonal air.
