At Mukuraf, the beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, the day’s new tap is Sanktgallen’s Suika Wheat. Built on a wheat ale base with a large addition of watermelon puree, it is presented as a refreshing beer that fits warm weather well.
