BEERKICHI taps NEKOBEER/CLEARNEKOLIQUID 'Haippaa,' plus NEKOBEER's NZ-hop PA
The beer pub BEERKICHI in Watanabedori, Fukuoka, opened at 3:00 p.m. and closed at midnight on Tuesday, May 19. On tap were NEKOBEER/CLEARNEKOLIQUID's TDH West Coast IPA 'Haippaa' and NEKOBEER's single-hop pale ale.
The beer pub "BEERKICHI Beer Kichi" in Watanabedori, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, opened at 3:00 p.m. and operated until midnight on Tuesday, May 19. On Instagram, the shop announced the day's tap update and introduced two beers under New on Tap.
The beers featured this time were NEKOBEER/CLEARNEKOLIQUID's 'Haippaa'. The style is TDH West Coast IPA, the alcohol content is 7.5%, and it is introduced as a Fukuoka beer. The other is NEKOBEER's "Single Neko-san's Single-Hop Pale Ale ~NZ label! Rakau de kau kau tsukitate hop ver~". This one is a Pale ale at 5.5%, and its design shows that it uses the NZ hop Rakau.
BEERKICHI is a small beer pub that is easy to reach from the Tenjin-minami area. Its taps are updated frequently, and one of its attractions is that it makes it easy to compare a sharply defined beer like an IPA and an aromatic pale ale on the same day. In this post as well, the focus is on two beers with hop character front and center, conveying the shop's 'now' as it is.
The post also announced upcoming events: 5/23 (Sat) Kirio Meshi in Fukuoka, 5/31 (Sun) 1,000 Fried Shrimp Knockout, 6/7 (Sun) Marugoto Marumaru Festival, 6/8 (Mon) Kansuke x Beef Tongue Eat Night, and 6/14 (Sun) Middle-Aged Festival. Beyond the beer tap update, BEERKICHI's appeal is that you can enjoy the atmosphere of the events gathering at the shop as well.
On this day, you can enjoy a drink that checks the current state of Fukuoka's craft beer scene, centered on a firmly bitter West Coast IPA and a pale ale that brings out the character of NZ hops.
