Event Overview
At BREWERY1876 on the first floor of the Sapporo Factory Brick Building, 4-2-4 Kita Nijo Higashi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, "SAPPORO CRAFT Beer SUMMIT" will be held from Thursday, April 23 through Sunday, April 26. This is a special event to commemorate April 23, "Craft Beer Day," and it brings together craft beers brewed in Sapporo.
At the center of the event is "Kaitakushi Beer Unfiltered," which carries on the legacy of the Kaitakushi Beer Brewery. According to the official announcement, items from various craft beer makers will be added day by day, and more than 15 kinds of beer will be lined up over the four days. During the event period, a special menu will be offered, and the regular menu will not be available.
Beers Available
BREWERY1876's regular menu includes:
- Kaitakushi Beer Unfiltered
- Kaitakushi Beer Alt
- Kaitakushi Beer Weizen
These three varieties are listed. The Unfiltered is a glass that lets you enjoy the richness from the yeast, the Alt has a clean taste with hop bitterness, and the Weizen is characterized by the fruitiness derived from wheat malt. A three-beer tasting set is also available, making it easy to compare the flavors while noticing the differences in color, which feels especially fitting for this place.
