Craft Beer Spot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka announced three new draft beers. The latest additions are Shimanami Brewery's "First Lager," Bear Bottle's "Three Factor Authentication," and Minoh Beer's "W-IPA Real Ale ver."
The bar's draft lineup spans 12 taps in total. Alongside standard anchor beers such as "Kakushu," the list includes lemon-forward drinks like "Shimanami Super Lemon Sour" and "Meyer Lemon Radler," plus more distinctive picks such as "Plum Gose," "Golden Oni Pale Ale Real Ale ver.," "Wine Knot?," "Gon Gin," "Kuri Kuro," and "Primal Elements Blueberry & Marionberry." It is a broad lineup that covers lager, gose, pale ale, and W-IPA.
The post also highlighted the food side of the house. Hathor thanked the long-running Iseya Tofu Shop in Kyobashi and noted a new supply relationship with Shirakawa Tofu. The house-made kimchi served with fried tofu should make a natural match with the newly tapped lager.
Hathor opens at 5 p.m. on Thursdays, making it a straightforward stop for beer and food in the Kyobashi area.
