CraftBeerSpot Hathor taps Firestone Walker's Primal Elements Blueberry & Marionberry
CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Kyobashi has shared its draft-beer lineup for August 11. The featured pour is Firestone Walker's fruit-driven barrel-aged blend, alongside a wide spread of lagers, IPAs, sours, and dark beers across the bar's 16 taps.
Featured beer
The highlight of the day is Firestone Walker's Primal Elements Blueberry & Marionberry. It is built from a blend of three base beers: a barrel-aged wild-yeast saison, a Flanders red fermented with marionberries, and a lager. The blend is then aged for nine weeks in a French oak foeder with fresh Washington blueberries. The result is a beer with berry aromatics, tart fruit character, and a firm tannic edge.
Other beers on tap
The day's draft list also includes Sapporo's Black Label, Shimanami Brewery's First Lager, Shiga Kogen Beer from scratch real ale ver, Minoh Beer's Plum Gose and W-IPA real ale ver, Nomcraft x Choryo's Wine Not?, Shonan Beer's Summer Orange Ale, Barebottle's Potion Crusher and Three Factor Authentication, Flora Fermentation x Umbrella Rib's Decacorn Tawaki, and Miyazaki Hideji Beer's Kurikuro.
