Tap Update for April 23

At TBE Brewing, on the second floor of the Shinbori Guitar Building in Ebisu Minami 2-chome, the KEG lineup was updated on April 23. This time's main attraction is Myaa Brew / Sakura Pao Pads. It is being introduced as an unusual hazy sour for TBE, with the gentle acidity derived from kettle souring layered with aromas of raspberry, white peach, and pickled cherry blossom leaves.

TBE Brewing is known as a beer pub in the Ebisu Station area where you can enjoy a wide range of craft beer. As in this update, its appeal lies in lining up mainly Japanese breweries alongside overseas collaborations and standard IPAs. The food menu also pairs well with beer, including sashimi, grape beef shoulder steak, marinated pork spareribs, and grilled bone-in Daisen chicken thigh, making it easy to compare each tap's character alongside a meal.

Because some taps are already running low, it looks best to visit early if there's a label you want to try. From a cherry-blossom-inspired sour to crisp IPAs and easy-drinking pale ales, it's a day with a broad range of choices.
