Yuzu saison in the brewhouse

In its July 21 post, GROW BREW HOUSE said it was brewing yuzu saison. The release is expected around September, so this is a summer brew day with a clear eye on what comes next.

What is pouring now

The same post also highlighted the taproom lineup. Luciole, a koji-based, crisp brut-style beer, is nearly sold out, and the next beer on deck is a rye-based special. The lineup covers a broad range of styles, from easy-drinking options to darker, more characterful beers.

The current tap list includes six beers:

- Against Day / Dark Lager / 5%
- NK.GOLD / Helles / 4.5%
- Heiji / HAZY IPA / 5.5%
- Luciole / Sake Brut Ale / 5.5%
- Luna Phase / Black IPA / 6.5%
- Hitoe Shitate / Cream Ale / 5.5%

A brewpub built around food and beer

GROW BREW HOUSE is a brewpub in Nishikawaguchi with a taproom directly connected to the brewhouse. The brewer, a former chef, prepares food to pair with the beer, and weekends can include kitchen takeovers and outside food brought in by guests. It is a place where brewing and drinking happen side by side.

The post also notes Texas BBQ and hamburgers on July 24, plus pub nails and hamburgers on July 25. With brewing, taps, and food all moving at once, it is exactly the kind of place beer fans will want to keep an eye on.
