Today's Taps

At CRAFT BEER Market Tokyo Torch, a post by new staff member Kento introduced three guest beers.

- Chichibu Beer "Namara Nigai Kuma" TDH IPA 7.0%
A triple dry-hopped IPA with a strong citrus and pine character.
- CRAFTROCK BREWING "Joy Hoppo Zets" D-IPA 7.5%
The shop describes it as "our hard beer from Craftrock," recommending it as a bold, satisfying pint.
- Yellow Beer Works "Vitapo" 5.0%
A distinctive sour ale made by mixing in sports drink and vitamin drink elements.

How to Enjoy the Shop

Located on the first floor of TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower in the Tokyo Station and Otemachi area, the shop is marked by a beer-and-dumpling sign. On warm spring-like days, the terrace seats are also available, making it easy to relax with a drink. The post also introduces a party plan for spring welcome gatherings that includes two hours of all-you-can-drink craft beer.

The food lineup features spice-forward dishes such as chicken achar, homemade la-yu seasoned zha cai, shrimp crackers, pork gyoza, falafel, and Mao-style fried chicken. In addition, the course that includes two selectable gyoza options also offers choices like spiced lamb, umakara, wasabi, tomato basil, and shrimp shiso gyoza.

What Beer Fans Will Like

This lineup pairs IPAs with sharply defined hop character alongside refreshing sour styles. It is easy to reach for whether you want to chase firm bitterness or drink something lighter and more briskly. It is a spot that works well for an after-work pint or a lively group drink with conversation.
