Tap list updated at BEER COLONY

The beer pub BEER COLONY in Ushijimahonmachi, Toyama City, has released its latest tap list. The post notes that credit card payments are currently unavailable for draft beer, while also sharing updates on new keg openings and canned beer arrivals.

Today's taps are six beers: NOMCRAFT's "Nomcraft Lager" (Helles Lager), BACCA's "Pale Ale," Tamamura Honten's "Kind of Gold" (Hazy IPA), Onidensetsu's "Sweet Strawberry" (Fruit Beer), Dieu Du Ciel!'s "Petite Morale" (IPA), and Trap Door's "Eden" (West Coast IPA). The lineup ranges from lager to hop-forward IPAs and fruit beer, making it easy to pick according to your mood.

Among them, "Kind of Gold" is introduced in the post as a Shiga Kogen Hazy IPA, and it is also described in more detail as a collaboration beer with DOGFISH HEAD and OXBOW. The background of the brew, which uses rice and honey from South Carolina in the U.S., is also explained, positioning it as more than just a new release.

Also lined up as next candidates are KUNITACHI's "1926" and Trademark's "Space Beach." Part of the appeal of a beer pub is the fun of following the rotating taps.

The canned beer selection is equally broad, spanning Threes, Varietal, Burnt Mill, Trap Door, WCB, Faction, KCBC, Grimm, Mountain Culture, One Drop, LA Ale Works, Hobo, 8bit, Topa Topa, Karl Strauss, Tokyo Aleworks, cycad, Beachwood, Von Ebert, Firestone Walker, Alvarado Street, Changing Colours, Black Tide, Burley Oak, and more, making it possible to enjoy both established and newer breweries. One of BEER COLONY's charms is choosing the day's drink by comparing the taps and the cans.
