The Hayama, Kanagawa-based 15brewery (Fifteen Brewery) has released its tap list for April 23. At present, standing service is closed, and sales are limited to beer sold by the measure. The main experience is filling bottles or containers at the brewery and taking them home, a pleasure unique to a brewery.

This day’s lineup consists of five beers with clearly distinct flavor profiles. The Belgian-style beer "Numa no Soko" is a complex, spicy brew made with wheat malt plus orange peel, coriander seed, cardamom, cloves, and even lime from Owase, Mie Prefecture, and honey from "Hachigoya" in Nagai, Yokosuka City. "Stout" is a jet-black beer with deep richness and roasted character. The fruit beer "Daidai Ale" is notable for the intense aroma and acidity derived from daidai citrus.

"Wheat Land," which uses a larger amount of wheat, is a light-drinking beer made with barley malt and wheat malt, finished with hops that give it a white-wine-like aroma. Another feature is the use of baguettes from Miura bakery Mitsumugi. "Raw Hazy IPA" adopts a Raw Ale method that does not boil the wort, bringing hop-derived citrus and pine-like aromas and bitterness to the forefront. This one also uses baguettes from Miura bakery Mitsumugi.

Hours are 14:00-19:00. In true Hayama style, with the sea nearby, the lineup leans less on flashy presentation and more on brewing ingenuity and ingredient combinations. If you want to pair it with food, the spicy "Numa no Soko," the roasty stout, the brisk "Wheat Land," and the "Raw Hazy IPA" make it easy to choose based on your mood. This is a tap list you’ll want to take home and spend time with slowly.
