Sakura Taps posts an eight-beer draft lineup for June 18
Sakura Taps, a beer pub in Yokohama’s Sakuragicho area, has posted its draft lineup for Thursday, June 18. The list is led by Minoh Beer’s Red Tea Bitter and also includes collaborations with Numazu Craft, MAHOWBREW, Beer Bomb, and more.
Draft lineup for June 18
Sakura Taps will open at 15:00 and close at 23:30 on Thursday, June 18. The lineup is shaped for an increasingly hot day: it starts with a highly aromatic, easy-drinking beer and then moves into collaborations, darker styles, and more distinctive entries.
- Red Tea Bitter / Minoh Beer. A tea-forward version in the brewery’s "tea beer" series, built on a classic UK-style bitter.
- Yoshidacho Helles 2026 / Sakura Taps × Numazu Craft.
- AKA / Shikibeer.
- KASUMI / Shiga Kogen Beer.
- Schwarz / Harvest Moon.
- Unexpected / Sakura Smoked Workshop × 254 BeeR.
- Cleopatra / MAHOWBREW × Beer Bomb.
- SHŪCHŪ / Faló Brewing.
The highlighted Red Tea Bitter combines gentle malt depth and restrained bitterness with the floral, bergamot-driven aroma of Earl Grey. The post also notes that it shows especially well in Sakura Taps’ Spiegelau beer glass, and that it pairs nicely with dessert.
Sakura Taps is a craft beer pub in Yokohama City’s Naka Ward, and the second-floor location in the Yoshidacho / Noraneko-dori area gives it a low-key, lingering kind of atmosphere. It is the sort of place where beer fans can take their time with the tap list and move from a lighter first pour to something more expressive.
