CARVAAN-Curated Craft Beer Journey Comes to Metsä in Hannō
CARVAAN BREWERY will curate a three-day craft beer event at metsä Village in Hannō from September 19 to 21, 2026. Set beside Lake Miyazawa, the festival combines beers from seven breweries with Nordic-inspired food, live music, DJ sessions, and fireworks.

The “Forest and Lake Craft Beer Journey – metsä Oktoberfest 2026 –,” curated by CARVAAN BREWERY, will take place at metsä Village in Hannō, Saitama, from September 19 through 21, 2026.
The venue sits beside Lake Miyazawa, surrounded by forests and Nordic-inspired architecture. CARVAAN has selected seven breweries known for their regional character and commitment to brewing traditions: CARVAAN, Honjo Ginza Brewery, Chichibu Beer Brewery, Nobody Brewing by Teenage Brewing, U.B.P BREWERY, LAAVU, and Dialet Field Brewery & Distillery.
CARVAAN’s featured beer is Arabian Lime Ale, brewed with lime peel from Alexandria, Egypt, and cardamom. Its pale malt body meets fresh citrus, elegant spice, and fruity Mosaic hop aromas, creating an exotic golden ale that reflects CARVAAN’s approach to expressing global cultures through beer. Finnish beer and mead will also be available.
The event runs from 11:00 to 20:00 each day. Lakeside music performances and DJ sessions will accompany the tasting, while the Nordic Fireworks 2026 display begins at 19:00, synchronized with music recommended by Nordic embassies. Food options include smoked salmon, meatballs, samosas, and wood-fired pizza.
