RACINES AOYAMA will begin its summer-only beer terrace plan on July 17 in Minato, Tokyo. The set includes five dishes and a two-hour free-flow drink service, centered on the original craft beer from the on-site RACINES MICRO BREWERY.

RACINES AOYAMA in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo will launch its summer-only Beer Terrace Plan on July 17, 2026. The plan is served on the terrace surrounded by greenery at Nono Aoyama, and includes five food items plus two hours of free-flow drinks. The price is JPY 4,500 per person, and reservations are available for parties of two or more.
The food lineup includes nachos with chili con carne and cheddar, truffle fries, an assorted appetizer plate, fried white fish and zucchini with ginger tartar and jalapeño salsa, and rigatoni pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce. The free-flow menu features the original craft beer from the adjacent RACINES MICRO BREWERY, along with draft options such as Black Label and Peroni, natural wines, highballs, lemon sours, gin and tonics, and soft drinks.
A July-only Beer Fair will run alongside the terrace plan. During the fair, RACINES FIRST SEASON, the brewery’s original saison, will be offered at JPY 500 instead of the regular JPY 700. The beer is described as having a citrus-like aroma and subtle spice notes, with a light, crisp finish that works well with summer food.
RACINES MICRO BREWERY began operation in 2022 as the in-house brewery at RACINES AOYAMA. It grew out of the company’s “Except for A” initiative, which promotes the use of produce that does not meet standard market grades. The brewery is also known for being led by female brewers. Combined with RACINES AOYAMA’s garden-like setting, the summer program reflects the venue’s focus on food, beer, and a relaxed urban escape.
