Craft Beer Kitchen Kokorono Tsuki pours Garden Path, Nara and Hop Kotan on Aug. 18
"Craft beer kitchen Kokorono Tsuki" in Yokohama's Miyakawacho has published its Aug. 18 tap list. Six beers from Garden Path Fermentation, Nara Brewing and Hop Kotan Brewing are on offer, with the bar opening from 3 p.m. for a relaxed start to the evening.
On Tuesday, August 18, Craft beer kitchen Kokorono Tsuki in Miyakawacho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, lined up six beers from Garden Path Fermentation, Nara Brewing and Hop Kotan Brewing.
The confirmed tap list includes Garden Path Fermentation's "The Twisted Branch Out" and "Ron's not Bitter," Nara Brewing's "Double Swisher," and Hop Kotan Brewing's "Pollux," "Red Is the Sin of Sake" and "One Lap Behind Yuzu Version." It is a lineup that makes it easy to compare different brewing voices in one visit.
The bar opens at 3 p.m., which makes it a comfortable spot for a first pint after work or a longer session with food. Located on the second floor of an LR Building in Miyakawacho, it is set up as a beer pub where you can settle in and drink at your own pace.
The post also highlights food such as steamed chicken with green peppercorn and scallion sauce, eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, ginger chicken, candied nuts, and a stir-fry of bitter melon, wood ear mushroom and egg made with produce from Shiroyama Civic Farm in Odawara. The menu suggests an easy pairing with the rotating taps.
The bar also notes a three-day closure from August 24 to 26.
