The beer pub SanZi, tucked into an alley in Kagurazaka, is holding a TTO to coincide with the release of its third original beer. The event will run on Saturday, January 17, from 12:00 to 23:00.

This time, the brewery teaming up with the shop is OUR BREWING from Fukui Prefecture. The limited beer announced in the post is "Fukufuku Ale", and its style is English Ale. According to the announcement, it uses persimmons from Fukushima's Hito-bito as an adjunct, along with cardamom. The composition, layering the gentle fruitiness of persimmon with spice aroma, reflects the kind of pairing-with-food approach that defines the shop.

As its name suggests, SanZi centers on "craft and spice," and its appeal lies not only in tasting beers on their own, but also in enjoying their aromas and aftertaste together with food. This TTO should be a chance to experience the brewery's character through the shop's original beer.

The venue is YM Building 101, 6-26 Kagurazaka, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. It is an event worth stopping by for in weekend Kagurazaka, especially if you're after a limited pour.
