Four Days of Pop-Up Sales in Morioka

Ryusendo Wakka, which operates near Ryusendo Cave in Iwaizumi Town, announced a pop-up appearance at monaka in Morioka. The dates are a total of four days: May 23, 24, June 13, and 14. The post also mentioned that the Tohoku Kizuna Festival and Chagu Chagu Umako are scheduled to take place in Morioka during that period.

Craft Beer Brewed with Ryusendo Cave Water

According to its official website, Ryusendo Wakka is a community hub in Iwaizumi Town with an attached brewery. It produces craft beer using water from Ryusendo Cave and locally sourced ingredients, and serves its original craft beer, "Ryusendo Vibeer," on site. It is said to be characterized by a clean flavor and a crisp mouthfeel that make the most of Iwaizumi's famous water.

Beers Planned for Service

At this pop-up, in addition to the regular lineup of

- Multigrain Weizen
- Strong Ale
- IPA

it will also serve "Harukasumi IPA," a limited brew for spring 2026 on draft. Harukasumi IPA is brewed with sake lees from Ryusen Yaezakura daiginjo, and is said to have a fruity quality reminiscent of white peach within its spring bitterness. It should be a chance to taste the distinct character of beers developed at the Iwaizumi brewery all in one place in Morioka. The facility is encouraging visitors to stop by.
