Sake Brewery Fest 2026 at Kumazawa Brewery in Shonan Beer, mokichi cafe unveils its drink menu
Ahead of "Sake Brewery Fest 2026" on April 11 and 12, Kumazawa Brewery has announced the drinks to be served at mokichi cafe on its premises. Inside a renovated old farmhouse, visitors can enjoy Shonan Beer’s standard craft beers alongside a drink that feels true to a sake brewery.
Kumazawa Brewery will hold "Sake Brewery Fest 2026" on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12, 2026. The event will take place on the premises at 7-10-7 Kagawa, Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is a springtime brewery opening featuring venues such as Kuramoto Ryori Tensei, MOKICHI TRATTORIA, and mokichi cafe.
The drink menu for mokichi cafe, now made public, is also of interest to beer fans. Alcohol options include junmai ginjo asashibori, mead (honey wine), and White Tengu craft gin, while soft drinks will include amazake made with rice koji and soy milk, homemade ginger ale, and hot coffee. Since offerings differ by shop as part of the event format, checking the distributed map on the day will be essential.
mokichi cafe itself is known for its interior, which was created by relocating a 200-year-old traditional house, and for its calm, layered spaces that differ from floor to floor. With bread, sausages, and sweets from the adjacent workshop, it is an appealing place to relax at an easy pace. On the regular menu, Shonan Beer’s craft beers include STANDARD pilsner, altbier, and schwarz, making it a convenient place to simply "drink Shonan Beer."
On the same grounds, Shonan Beer also has brewing functions, which reflects Kumazawa Brewery’s close relationship between beer and food. On event day, it looks set to offer a wide range of choices, from a drink enjoyed with a meal to a casual cafe drink.
