A special program is starting at "COEDO BREWERY THE RESTAURANT," near Kawagoe Station, where you can enjoy the Spacia X in-train-exclusive craft beer "GOEN CAFÉ SPACIA X×COEDO “Cedar X PA”". The period runs from Friday, May 29, to Friday, June 5 and ends once supplies run out.

This beer is a Woody Pale Ale inspired by the Nikko Suginamiki Highway, the cedar-lined road that can be seen through the windows of Spacia X. Using cedar from Nikko as a secondary ingredient, it adds a refreshing woody aroma reminiscent of barrel-aged sake, then combines it with herbal, earthy aroma hops. It has a gold color and an alcohol content of 4.5%.

At the event, the draft beer that is usually only available on board will be sold specially, and customers who order will receive an original Spacia X sticker. There will also be a lottery offering sweets and original goods that can only be purchased on Spacia X.

On the food side, the head chef of COEDO BREWERY THE RESTAURANT has prepared pairing dishes to match "Cedar X PA." Two items will be served: early-summer medicinal shark fin soup and pork belly shabu-shabu with shiso and green sansho sauce, both designed to complement the beer's cedar aroma and light hop character.

COEDO BREWERY THE RESTAURANT is a brewery-restaurant attached to a brewery, where you can enjoy freshly made beer delivered directly from the adjoining brewery, as well as COEDO beers on draft. In Kawagoe, it is drawing attention as a project where you can experience a pairing of food with a beer born from a rail journey.
