Event highlights

On Sunday, June 14, 3TREE BREWERY will welcome Sakata Traditional Beer, a microbrewery from Sakata in Yamagata. The post shows the team visiting the brewery as they prepared for the event. On the day, visitors can expect a three-beer tasting, along with bottle sales. Food will be paired with EUR’s snacks, so the event should work well as both a drinking session and an easygoing meal stop.

What Sakata Traditional Beer is known for

Sakata Traditional Beer builds its lineup around core styles such as `Pale Ale`, `IPA`, `White Ale`, and `Stout`, while using local ingredients and a regional approach to brewing. `Pale Ale` is described as citrusy with gentle bitterness, `IPA` as drier and more hop-forward, `White Ale` as offering a white-wine-like aroma with a light acidity, and `Stout` as bringing coffee- and nut-like roast notes. Limited releases such as `Ginger SMaSH`, `Shine Muscat Blanc`, and `SHIRATAKA HOP ALE` also show the brewery’s range.

About 3TREE BREWERY

3TREE BREWERY is a brewpub in Ibaraki, Osaka. Its setup lets guests look through glass at the brewing tanks, with brewing on the first floor and dining on the second. That close-to-the-source atmosphere makes it a fitting venue for tasting a guest brewery’s beers side by side.
