Draft lineup for July 6

BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisin-do in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared its tap list for Monday, July 6. The only new opening tap is Suntory's Kaoru Ale. The shop notes that one of its regular guests was involved in the beer's development, which gives this pour a special meaning for the bar.

The rest of the board leans into variety and regional character. Baeren Brewing's Ihatobu no Umi is a salty lager brewed with Iwate-grown hops and sea salt. Baeren's Classic brings a Dortmund-style lager profile with a balance of malt depth and bitterness. Dot Crimson Brewing's Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale uses a natural yeast from Iwate Town and locally grown rice, aiming for a floral aroma and a clean finish.

REPUBREW's Coastal Crush Hazy IPA is built around a dry first impression, then soft oat-and-wheat texture, followed by hop-driven juiciness. Minoh Beer’s Hoppy Weizen layers Dolcita and Nelson Sauvin hops for aromas that suggest peach, lychee and white grape. For a classic European reference point, draft Pilsner Urquell is also on the list, delivering the bright, golden refreshment that defined the style.

Coming soon

Also listed as coming soon are Baeren's Kabosu Radler and SAPPORO BEER's Sorachi 1984, two beers that should broaden the lineup even further.

Food and atmosphere

Raisin-do is a beer pub with a cafe-like pace and music in the background, so it works well for both focused tasting and an easy meal. The food menu includes mackerel sandwiches, eisbein, house-made oil sardines, smoked snacks, zangi, fries, pizza and pasta. It is the kind of place where the tap list and the food menu can be matched course by course, rather than treated as separate parts of the visit.
