Raisin-dou shares its July 21 tap list, led by a sansho beer from Iwate Kura
BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisin-dou in Ibaraki, Osaka, has posted its July 21 tap list. The lineup adds a new sansho-driven beer from Iwate Kura and also includes Minoh Beer x BREWSKI, Baeren, an ISEKADO collaboration, Sorachi 1984, and draft Pilsner Urquell.

Hop BroBasically, they let sansho handle part of the aromatic job instead of hops alone. That gives you spice and citrus at the same time, with a clean finish.

BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisin-dou has shared its draft lineup for July 21. The new tap is Iwate Kura Beer’s `Japanese Herb Ale Sansho`, brewed with sansho berries from Ichinoseki and built around a spicy, citrus-like profile.
Other beers on the board include `Vit Natt IPA : HazyIPA`, a collaboration between Minoh Beer and Sweden’s BREWSKI; Baeren’s `Kabosu Radler : Radler`; `Nekojima : Hazy Double IPA`, a collaboration between Pomona Island and ISEKADO; `SORACHI 1984` from SAPPORO BEER; and draft Pilsner Urquell.
Coming next are ISEKADO’s 25th-anniversary revival `Honkaku IPA : US IPA`, SUNTORY’s `Kaoru Ale : Pale Ale`, and Baeren’s `Ihatove no Umi : Salty Lager`.
Raisin-dou is a beer pub in the basement of Socio 2 near Ibaraki-shi Station. With music in the background and a menu built around smoked dishes, the bar is set up for slow comparison drinking. Snacks mentioned in the post include Hokkaido herring marinade, a mackerel sandwich, homemade oil sardines, margherita pizza, and smoked assortments.
