A varied tap list in Komagome’s residential neighborhood

Located about 400 meters from the south exit of Komagome Station, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand is a brewpub set in a quiet residential area near Shinobazu-dori. The taproom offers a relaxed setting focused on craft beer.

On Sunday, September 20, the venue will be open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eight beers are listed across ten tap positions:

- Amber Lager — Dry Hopped Amber Lager, 5.5%
- Little Thing — Dry Hopped Session Ale, 4.5%
- 三郎 Hazy — Hazy IPA, 7%
- Mashup IPA Ekuanot — Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- Rolling Lolly — American IPA, 7.5%, limited quantity
- パイナップルゴーぜ — Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- Best bitter — English Best bitter, 4.5%
- 黒鳶 #4 — Belgian Stout, 7%

The selection ranges from a lighter dry-hopped session ale to hop-forward Hazy and American IPAs. The pineapple gose offers a fruit-driven option, while 黒鳶 #4 provides a darker Belgian stout choice.

The brewery’s head brewer will also prepare a chilled dish inspired by Yamagata-style simmered konjac and taro. Regular food options include kaki-be and dagashi snacks, keeping the focus on beer in an unpretentious taproom atmosphere.

Weekday hours are 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; weekends and holidays are 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. The venue is closed on Wednesdays. Tap availability may change, so guests looking for a specific beer should check before visiting.
