Hinomoto Brewing Releases Its September 17 Tap List in Honkomagome
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Tokyo’s Honkomagome district has announced its tap list for Thursday, September 17, 2026. The lineup ranges from a gently bitter dry-hopped amber lager to hazy IPA, Belgian IPA, pineapple gose, and Belgian stout.
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Honkomagome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, will open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday, September 17. The tap list showcases a broad selection of beers brewed by Hinomoto Brewing.
At 5.5% ABV, Amber Lager is a dry-hopped amber lager designed around a clean lager profile with added hop aroma. Little Thing, a 4.5% dry-hopped session ale, offers a lighter and highly approachable option for an easy-going pint.
The 7% 三郎 Hazy brings a soft, hop-forward hazy IPA profile. Mashup IPA Ekuanot follows at 6.5% as a Belgian IPA, while Rolling Lolly delivers a fuller 7.5% American IPA expression. Together, the beers provide a chance to compare different approaches to hop character and fermentation.
For a fruit-driven and tart option, the 5% パイナップルゴーぜ is brewed in a gose style with pineapple. The tap list is rounded out by 黒鷺 #4, a 7% Belgian stout with a darker, roast-oriented character and Belgian yeast influence.
The brewpub serves Hinomoto Brewing beers in a casual beer-stand setting, with service by Sekiguchi, a former care worker. Regular food options include kaki-peanuts and traditional dagashi snacks. The shop is closed on Wednesdays and opens from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays, and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and national holidays. Availability may change, so checking the venue’s latest update before visiting is recommended.
