Early release at BanKan in Koenji
Beer pub BanKan in southern Koenji will hold a `MIZUHA` release party on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20. `MIZUHA` is the first collaboration beer from Shiga-based FLORA FERMENTATION and Yasui Sake Brewery, and BanKan will be the earliest launch venue for the beer.
Across the two days, the lineup is set to include `MIZUHA`, 13 draft taps from FLORA FERMENTATION, and five sake selections from Yasui Sake Brewery. The format gives drinkers a chance to move between beer and sake in one sitting, making it a strong fit for people who like to explore flavor across styles. On June 19, the event also plans to serve warmed sake, adding another layer of tasting through temperature.
At BanKan, the participation condition is to order four FLORA beers including `MIZUHA`, plus one sake from Yasui Sake Brewery. Guests who complete the conditions can receive original `MIZUHA` special goods. For anyone in the Koenji South Exit area, this looks like a compact two-day event where a new collaboration beer and a sake brewery’s character can be experienced side by side.
