ROMEO BREWERY, a brewpub in Oshiage, Tokyo, has announced its October schedule. From Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18, 2026, the taproom will be closed while the brewery participates in the Tsukuba Beer Fest.

Located near Tokyo Skytree, ROMEO BREWERY combines an on-site brewery with a relaxed beer pub and food menu. Guests can enjoy a range of house-brewed styles while looking into the brewing space, making the venue a natural stop for both dedicated beer drinkers and visitors exploring Oshiage.

The current lineup includes Tropical Beach Ale, a pale ale built around peach-like Nectaron hops; Ume Gose, made with ripe Japanese ume and salt; and Provence Saison, which brings together lemongrass, orange and fennel. Hop fans can look for Nebbia, a juicy Hazy IPA using Galaxy, Citra and Ekuanot, as well as All You Need is Bitterness, a sharply bitter West Coast IPA.

Other beers include Doskoi IPA #6, combining a substantial malt profile with aromatic hops; Black Botanical Saison, featuring juniper and roasted malt; Kill Your Black, an American stout with citrusy hop character; and Doppel Bock, a full-bodied beer with cocoa-like sweetness and roast notes. Pairing options include fish and chips made with the brewery’s own beer, spicy nachos and other dishes designed to complement the taps.

Visitors planning to attend the Tsukuba Beer Fest should look for ROMEO BREWERY at the event, while those heading to Oshiage should check the brewery’s official website or social channels for updated opening information after October 19.
