Mukuraf, a beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, shared its beer and food lineup in a June 17 post. The shop notes that it has plenty of seats available and welcomes guests who stop by just to buy bottled beer.

Beers on offer

The bottled selection includes VERTERE's "Passiflora#48" Hazy IPA, "Achillea#1" WestCoast IPA, "Galanthus#3" DarkAle, "Benitoa#8" Belgian BlondeAle and "Vespa" MangoSour. From GOODHOPS, the post lists "Do Good" IPA, "銀河のホップ畑" Saison, "Tono Belgian IPA" Belgian IPA, "黄昏のカスケード" IPA and "遠野の風" IPA. WestCoastBrewing is represented by "The Lupulin Tree" Hazy DIPA, "Dr.Dankness" Hazy DIPA, "PassionWizard" and "Hop Fua" Hazy IPA.

On draft, the lineup features Asahi draft beer "マルエフ" Pilsner, Sankt Gallen "すいかウィート" Fruits WheatAle, VOYAGER BREWING "COPPER" Red Ale, CRAFTROCK "AlternativeIPA" American IPA, BREW CLASSIC "トゥアタラ" Hazy IPA and 家守堂 "ななみん" Juicy IPA. The range spans IPA, Hazy, Belgian-style and sour-leaning beers, making it easy to pick a pint by mood.

Food on the side

The same post also highlights dishes such as roast beef, pork and lentil curry rice, tuna yam bowl, grilled young corn and uni gunkan. Heavier IPA styles can be paired with the roast and spicier dishes, while lighter wheat and sour beers should work well with smaller plates.

Mukuraf comes across as a beer-first pub that still gives diners enough food variety to build a full meal around the lineup. For beer fans, the appeal is straightforward: compare the bottles and drafts, then choose the style that fits the day.
