The domestic selection includes UNSUNG’s new “Shatter Spike,” a 7.2% DDH West Coast IPA, and “Sakura” from Shiki Beer and TAF Brewing, a 6.5% Saison. These are joined by Crooked Run’s “Death by Mai Tai,” a 9% Imperial Berliner Weisse for drinkers seeking tartness and fruit-driven character.
Fujiyama Hunters Beer contributes “Mt. Fuji Ale,” a 5.5% Yuzu Pale Ale, while Katashina Brewing’s “Tempting Barrel” is a 5% Fruit Saison. Together, the lineup offers several ways to compare hop intensity, acidity, citrus, and fruit expression in one visit.
