Stone Brewing appears on the list with both “IPA” and “Arrogant Bastard Ale.” The latter is a 7.2% Strong Ale, offering a fuller and more assertive option for drinkers looking for a beer with extra weight.
Sierra Nevada’s 5% “Pale Ale” is marked as a new addition. Crooked Run also brings “Death by Mai Tai,” a 9% Imperial Berliner Weisse with a tropical, cocktail-inspired name.
The domestic selections include Fujiyama Hunters’ “Mt. Fuji Ale,” a 5.5% Yuzu Pale Ale, and Katashina Brewing’s “Tempting Barrel,” a 5% Fruit Saison. Both are listed as new pours, adding citrus-forward and fruit-accented choices to the tap lineup.
Located in Nishi-Gotanda, Brewpub Truth pairs its rotating beer selection with casual food options such as a game-meat mapo tofu rice bowl, potato chips and smoked nuts. The pub is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. Food last orders are taken 60 minutes before closing, while drinks are available until 30 minutes before closing.
