Canal Brewing in Oimachi posts nine taps after FUJI ROCK
Canal Brewing has shared its latest tap list from its Oimachi location. The lineup includes the brewery’s own C, plus beers from open air, DD4D BREWING, Shizuoka Brewing, Nara Brewing, FLORA FERMENTATION, Nomcraft Brewing, and CRAFT BANK.
Canal Brewing is a brewery and craft-beer specialty bar in Oimachi, Tokyo. The venue describes itself as a standing bar with up to 10 taps, and this post shows nine of them pouring. The update looks back on service at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2026 while introducing the current “Today’s Tap List.”
Current tap list
- C / Canal brewing
- shoreline / open air
- 4 O'Clock Let's Call it a Day / DD4D BREWING
- Yuzu Pils / Shizuoka Brewing
- EIGHTY EIGHT / Nara Brewing
- Nektar - Berry & Pear- / FLORA FERMENTATION
- Porter -Nitro Ver.- / Nomcraft Brewing
- COFFEE STOUT / CRAFT BANK × Shiritsu Coffee Elementary School
- LIME CRIME / CRAFT BANK
The board spans a wide range of styles: IPA, hazy IPA, Brut IPA, a yuzu pilsner, a green-tea saison, a berry-and-pear fruit sour, a nitro porter, coffee stout, and a lime hard seltzer. That makes the lineup especially appealing for drinkers who want to move from crisp and bright to dark and roasty in a single visit.
Canal Brewing sits within walking distance of Oimachi Station, and its appeal is the combination of local, approachable bar atmosphere and a carefully chosen selection from breweries around Japan. The post also mentions upcoming plans, including Shanti Curry day on August 25, a Cycad Brewing tap takeover on September 19, and a MAHOWBREW tap takeover on November 28.
