BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisundo, located underground just a short walk from the west exit of Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station in Ibaraki, Osaka, has released its tap list for April 11. True to its identity as a beer pub built around beer and music, it offers a lineup that pairs well with smoked items, house-made ham, pizza, and pasta, combining casual appeal with a distinct personality.

The highlight of the day is Hop Kotan Brewing's "Full Throttle : American IPA." Built around aromas of white grape and fruit layered with herbal and tropical notes, it is shaped by a sharp bitterness of IBU 60. For anyone who wants to clearly feel the edge of hops, it looks like an easy first-pint choice.

Among the existing draft beers are Isekadoya Beer's "Sabro’s IPA : American-style IPA" and "Fresh-Pressed Beyond the Pacific : West Coast Pilsner," broadening the range of tropical aromas. From Baeren Brewery come "Onmenburoi : Rauch Bock" and "Chocolate Stout : Stout," offering the roasted character of smoked malt and the depth of roast. As standard options, "Draft Pilsner Urquell : Pilsner" and "SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner" are also available, so lager fans are well covered too.

Looking ahead, the possible additions include "Sencha Hazy IPA : Hazy IPA with Green Tea," "Mikkeller x Baeren 'Coolship Vienna Lager' : Vienna Lager," "Rye Beer : Roggen," "Maibock : Mai Bock," and "Golden Lager of the Alchemist." With a range that stretches from IPA and pilsner to rauch bock and stout, it is a lineup that makes it easy to build your drink from the first glass to the last based on your mood for the day.
