Craft beer TOCA’s June 2 lineup showed a wide range of styles. Nine beers were on tap, starting with `Pilsner`, then moving into `The Technician`, a funky kettle sour with lime and coconut, `Excursions HONO dub 12h`, an Irish red ale with coffee, and `ILA`, a barrel-aged Scotch ale.

Further down the list were `from scratch`, a blonde ale, `LIGHTHOUSE`, a micro porter, `Seki`, a West Coast IPA, `Super Fresh`, a Hazy DIPA, and `Montara`, a Belgian blonde. The selection moved from light and crisp to hop-forward and malt-driven, giving drinkers a clear reason to work through the board one glass at a time.

The post also noted `SOU Keg Draft` sake and `HARUKA` hard cider, while four taps were marked as off. That mix makes the board feel less like a simple beer list and more like a full evening menu for people who like to compare styles.

The kitchen added a few new dishes as well: a keema curry with Japanese sansho pepper and eggplant, hummus and chips with edamame and lemon, and lamb tsukune with tomato basil sauce. Spices, herbs, beans and lamb should all sit comfortably alongside the beer choices.

Craft beer TOCA is a beer pub in the Inokashira area of Mitaka, Tokyo. Its appeal is straightforward: a rotating tap list, food designed to pair with drinks, and a relaxed setting where you can focus on what is in the glass.
