Starting at 12:00 on Tuesday, May 5, OHLOY STORE in Uchimachi, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture will host a pizza pop-up by ON THE ROAD. The post also looked back on the “pizza and beer festival” held at the shop in January, and announced that this time marks a return visit.

OHLOY STORE is a taproom and bottle shop directly operated by OHLOY BREWING. Inside, there are eight taps of draft beer, and in addition to canned and bottled products, espresso drinks are also available. The shop is designed to welcome everything from a casual quick drink to a long, relaxed drinking session.

In the posted images, the tap board featured eight labels: Toropi / Seki / Prost / Fraw / Pass / HIMAALOY / Karla / Soleadon. All are beers from OHLOY BREWING, spanning sours, IPAs, lagers, and bitter styles. For pairing with pizza, the lineup makes it easy to choose drinks to match the meal, such as the tart Toropi, the crisp lager HIMAALOY, or the bitter Prost and Soleadon.

The photos also show that the interior is a space centered around an L-shaped counter, where brewing and serving movements can be seen up close. At the back, there is a space that can also be used for pop-ups, and this time looks set to be a day where the aroma of pizza and the glasses of beer naturally move back and forth across the room. It can be said to be a project that reflects OHLOY STORE’s characteristic use of space as a place where people gather around beer.
