CRAFT BEER Anton Bee Roppongi, located on the first basement floor of 5-1-5 Roppongi, is a beer pub open on weekdays from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. The draft lineup for 4/17 was a full one, with not only a wide range of beers but also cider and mead included.

The highlights of the day were KCBC's "Notorious BRD" (German Pils), Parrotdog's "Yellowhammer" (Hazy Pale), Deschutes' "General Juiciness" (Hazy IPA), Revision's "IPA," and Hop Works' "Beestly Porter." The range of styles is broad, making it easy to choose according to your mood, from a crisp pilsner to a hop-forward IPA and a porter that works well as a closing beer.

Also on the list were Craftrock's "Jai bu" (saison with chamomile), O|O's "Mariaplan" (pale ale), OK,ADAM's "Great Unknown" (hopped cider), Superstition's "Bee Mosa" (orange session mead), and La Pirata's "OBLIVION EL-XOT" (fruit saison), so there was also a strong selection of fermented drinks beyond beer. For craft beer fans, it seems like more of a night to explore different styles than to go just for one signature brew.

The calm underground space where you can compare beer, cider, and mead all in one place is very much part of Anton Bee's appeal. It was a tap list that could be enjoyed with just one drink after work or with multiple drinks side by side.
