Burger service meets a house tap list
GROW BREW HOUSE in Saitama's Kawaguchi City posted a June 26 update that bundled together its 6/26-27 burger service and the day's tap list. The post also noted a noon opening for the following day despite heavy rain, which fits the brewpub's easygoing, beer-first style.
A burger built for beer
The burger is described as using a minced-free, binder-free patty, sandwiched in a Ciel Vent Mer bun. For this round, the kitchen adds spicy coconut chicken and serves it with a spicy sauce. The result is a burger with clear meat texture and layered sweetness and heat, making it a natural match for a pint.
Six house beers on tap
All six beers in the post are GROW BREW HOUSE beers, and the lineup covers a wide range of styles:
- Against Day - Dark Lager / 5%
- NK.GOLD - Helles / 4.5%
- R122 - IPA / 8.5%
- Luciole - Sake Brut Ale / 5.5%
- Luna Phase - Black IPA / 6.5%
- Nishikawa Orange - Sour Ale / 5%
From a dark lager and Helles to IPA, Black IPA, and Sour Ale, the selection gives guests options for pairing with food or drinking on their own. It is the kind of list that lets a burger drinker start with something crisp and move toward more hop-driven or tart choices afterward.
More dates in the same post
The same update also mentioned upcoming plans: Chinese food pop-up "Grow Ken" from July 9 to 11, a Craft Carnival Toda appearance on July 18, and an Yosakoi Festival appearance in Minami-Urawa on July 19. It is a useful snapshot of how GROW BREW HOUSE balances taproom service with event-based beer outreach.
