The brewpub Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Komagome, Tokyo, announced its latest tap list on May 29. With a counter and mostly standing-room setup, the venue has a casual feel that makes it easy to drop in for a single drink. Food during regular hours is light, but the lineup is designed so guests can compare the house-brewed beers easily.

On tap that day

- `Sauvin Belgo` - American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- `Pe-pe-pe` - Kveik Pale Ale (Norwegian Farmhouse Ale), 5.5%
- `Seiten Raimei #2` - West coast IPA, 7.5%
- `Yunosu Saison` - Yuzu Sour Saison, 6%
- `Komagome Brown` - Brown Saison, 6%
- `Komagome Best Bitter` - English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- `EL BAMP HAZY` - Hazy IPA, 7%
- `Kurotobi #4` - Belgian Stout, 7%

Looking at the lineup, there are beers with very different aromatic and tart expressions, including the Belgian-style `Sauvin Belgo`, `Pe-pe-pe` brewed with Norwegian yeast, and `Yunosu Saison` with a yuzu nuance. `Seiten Raimei #2` and `EL BAMP HAZY` are two beers that will catch the eye of IPA fans, and with `Komagome Best Bitter` and `Kurotobi #4` also available, there is a wide range to enjoy from something brisk to a more robust dark beer.

The post also included a guide to tapas by guest chef Tatsunosuke Taba on May 30 and 31, adding a dish to pair with the beer over the weekend. It is the kind of place where Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand's house-brewed individuality can be tasted honestly through side-by-side comparisons.
