At BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindō in Eidaicho, Ibaraki City, Osaka, the draft lineup for April 16 has been published. This time, there is a planned 1 TAP, and the standout is Baeren Brewery's special brew, "Mikkeller x Baeren Coolship Vienna Lager."

This beer is a Vienna Lager with an alcohol content of 5.5%. It is finished using the "Coolship" wort-cooling vessel, the only one of its kind in Japan owned by Baeren, and this year marks the sixth year of its collaboration with Mikkeller. The brewery says NZ hops are used, with Bullet for bittering and Experimental076 for aroma. With a traditional lager recipe layered with dry-hopping elements that make use of the cooling process, it sounds like a beer with a clear, well-defined profile.

Raisindō is a beer pub whose charm lies in its relaxed atmosphere, where you can enjoy both beer and music. In the Ibaraki area in front of the station, what feels very much like the place is being able to slowly tip your glass and keep up with each new tap opening. It is not a flashy event announcement, but it carefully tracks daily tap updates, so it is not to be missed for anyone who wants to know what craft beer is like right now.

In this update, the lineup includes a glass that should interest not only lager fans but also anyone following Baeren and Mikkeller collaborations. Check the store's announcement for the tapping time, and aim to get the first pour in Ibaraki.
