On the 2nd floor of the North Building at Grand Green Osaka in Osaka, CRAFT BEER BASE leaf has released its tap list for Wednesday, May 27. Hours are 11:00-23:00, and last order for both food and drinks is 22:00. The draft lineup consists of 10 original beers and 5 guest beers, and, true to the name, it is built around the idea of how well beer and food go together.

Original Beers


The house beers for the day span a wide range, from the citrusy Ikeda Mikan Wit, to the staples BLONDE and PALE ALE, the aromatic LAVENDER & CHAMOMILE, the hazy MIX JUICY 014, Red Ale, Belgian IPA, Anchovy, the spice-layered Wu-Xiang Red Ale, and finishing with the roast-friendly Robust Porter. From a lively white beer to darker, roast-driven styles, it is a lineup that makes it easy to build a drinking flow in one place.

Guest Beers


There are five guest beers. From Brasserie Knot come Moon (Double IPA) and FLOWER (Belgian Wit). From Hoppu Kotan Brewing come Umemi Gachi (Saison with Plum) and MISTY WAY (Hazy IPA). Also on the list is CORIANDER BLACK (Stout w/ Coriander) from NORTH ISLAND BEER. The styles cover a broad range, making it a fun lineup for side-by-side tasting.

leaf is a beer pub in Grand Green Osaka where you can mainly enjoy its own beers, and it also features a bottle shop. The food is designed to pair with beer, making it easy to check the draft flavors alongside a meal.
