Craft Beer Stand Chu sits a short walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station and is known as a half-basement beer bar dedicated to Sakai Kashi Brewery. The room feels like a small secret base, with vintage items packed around the bar, and it works well for slow tasting sessions. Guests can also bring food in, and the bar keeps a few light snacks on hand.

The current bottle lineup features three barrel-aged releases: Barrel-Aged Orange IPA, matured for three months in orange curaçao barrels; Yasui Cube, matured for four months in champagne barrels; and Barrel-Aged Sashima Tea IPA. Together they show different layers of barrel character while keeping the brewery's fruit and tea-driven identity intact. It is the kind of lineup that invites side-by-side tasting.

Sakai Kashi Brewery began brewing in 2018 in Sakaimachi, Ibaraki, and is known for beers that incorporate local ingredients such as Sashima tea. At Craft Beer Stand Chu, those regular and limited releases are available in Tokyo, making the bar a convenient stop for fans who want to compare multiple bottles without leaving the city.
