Craft Beer Bar & Bottle Shop Progress was open on May 17 from 13:00 to 23:00. It tapped out the SNOW MONKEY that had been pouring until the previous day and newly opened Hop Kotan Brewing's MISTY WAY that day. Located within walking distance of Musashi-Kosugi Station, it is the kind of place where you can really start drinking from lunchtime, which is very much like Progress.

Today's lineup featured the following five taps.

- Uchoten Brewing: Jazz
- Minoh Beer: Spring Lager
- Noboribetsu Jibeer Oni Densetsu: Akaoni Red Ale
- Hop Kotan Brewing: MISTY WAY
- Brasserie Knot: WIND

On the tap board in the photo, Jazz (Irish Dry Stout), Spring Lager, Akaoni Red Ale, Nara Brewing's FUNCTION, West Coast Brewing's Full Hop Alchemist r8, and MISTY WAY can also be seen. The lineup spans breweries across Japan, with styles ranging widely from stout and pilsner to red ale and hazy IPA. The tasting theme is clear, so it is easy to choose even if you are just stopping in for one glass.

Progress accepts cashless payments only. It also supports takeaway draft beer, and you can enjoy it by bringing a plastic cup, a PET bottle, or a carbonated-beverage-safe container for a by-the-ounce pour. The outdoor seating area allows pets and also provides leash hooks, so on nice days there is an option to drink outside as well. It is a convenient spot when you want to look over the tap list and decide on your next beer in Musashi-Kosugi.
