ENJOY Coffee&Beer, a beer pub in Komae, Tokyo, has announced the details of its fifth-anniversary project. At the center of the celebration are three anniversary beers brewed with Inkhorn Brewing, Craftrock Brewing, and Himitsu Beer. The post says the beer details will be shared separately, but it is clear that the brewery collaborations are being treated as the core of the anniversary.
The other major highlight is a five-day guest-food program running from June 24 through June 28. ENJOY's usual snacks, char siu and menma, will not be offered during this period, and the bar will switch to event-only food. On June 24, Soyogi in Gotokuji will serve fresh fish dishes. On June 25, Ate in Komae will bring napolitan and other dishes. On June 26, Yerite in Gotokuji will offer French plates and desserts. On June 27, BEET EAT in Kitami will serve curry, and on June 28, L&B sandwiches will feature grilled cheese sandwiches.
Start times vary by day: 3:00 p.m. on June 24, 4:00 p.m. on June 25 and 26, and 1:00 p.m. on June 27 and 28. The shop is also asking guests to be considerate, as crowds are expected. Regular weekend ramen will be paused during the anniversary period, with a special commemorative ramen planned from July 3. It is a straightforward anniversary announcement, but one that combines beer, food, and local collaborators in a way that fits ENJOY's style.
