A special collaboration at ENJOY

ENJOY Coffee&Beer, a beer pub in Iwado-kita, Komae, Tokyo, will hold a collaboration event with culinary researcher Eda Jun on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

The main food offering is tom yum ramen prepared through a collaboration between ENJOY’s owner and Eda Jun. The owner will prepare the soup, while Eda Jun will finish it as a flavorful tom yum kung ramen. A special set will include bai makrut dumplings. The ramen will be limited to 150 servings, starting at noon and continuing until sold out.

Beer enthusiasts can look forward to Baimakru Boy, a commemorative 10th-anniversary beer brewed together with Himitsu Beer. Made with bai makrut, the beer is scheduled to be served from a keg on the day, giving visitors a chance to enjoy a beer connected to the story behind the collaboration.

ENJOY will also offer bai makrut chuhai and a non-alcoholic bai makrut soda exclusively for the event. Snacks will be available while guests wait for their ramen, making it possible to explore the pairing of spice-forward food with beer and other drinks.

A limited “phakchi boy × enjoy?” collaboration T-shirt will also be sold. Customers who purchase the shirt will receive gifts from Eda Jun, including a Baimakru Boy fan, a phakchi boy tote bag, and a glass.

The venue expects a busy service, especially between noon and 3 p.m., and asks guests to share tables when possible. For a more relaxed visit, ENJOY recommends coming outside the peak period. The event brings together craft beer, aromatic ingredients, and a limited ramen menu in the approachable atmosphere of this Komae beer pub.
