Hinimoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Tokyo’s Bunkyo Ward, will be open for regular service on Thursday, September 24, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. The taproom is closed on Wednesdays.

The featured new beer is Yoi yoi IPA, a Black IPA at 7.5% ABV and 74 IBU. Despite its dark appearance, the beer is described as fruit-driven, with berry-like aromas and a fruit-candy character. Roasted malt notes reminiscent of coffee emerge in the finish, while firm bitterness is balanced without making the beer feel overly heavy.

The tap list also includes Amber Lager, a 5.5% Dry Hopped Amber Lager; Little Thing, a 4.5% Dry Hopped Session Ale; Sanro Hazy, a 7% Hazy IPA; Mashup IPA Ekuanot, a 6.5% Belgian IPA; and Rolling Lolly, a 7.5% American IPA, available in limited quantity. Other options include Pineapple Gose, Best bitter, and Kurotobi #4, a 7% Belgian Stout.

With styles ranging from lager and session ale to hazy and Belgian-inspired IPAs, a fruit-forward gose, English bitter, and stout, the lineup offers plenty of variety for a tasting flight. The stand focuses on craft beer, with kaki-bee snacks and dagashi available during regular service. It is located at 5-71-3 Honkomagome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, on the first floor of Greenpia Honkomagome.
