Sakaduki Brewing, based in Adachi, Tokyo, has published its July operating calendar. In the post, the brewery says it has a full slate of releases lined up for the month and that it wants to keep its lineup as complete as possible so guests can enjoy beer together with food and time at the bar. The note reflects the brewery's role as both a neighborhood taproom and an active producer.

Key July plans include:

- July 6-7: Event booth at the Iriya Asagao Market's "Craft Beer, Sake and Japanese Goods Yatai Village"
- July 19: Extended service until 10:30 p.m. on the eve of a holiday
- July 1: Tap of 《Hibi Tantan》, an American pale ale
- July 15: Return of 《Stardust》 in a revamped hazy IPA version
- July 29: 《Komorebi》 and a 2026 sour brewed with extra-ripe Nanko plums

The brewery also says a new batch of 《shy girl》 will be tapped once the current stock runs out, and Lab-only beers will also be released. Food-pairing sets will be offered in limited quantities on tapping days, so the month is being built around both beer and the dishes that go with it.

That combination of event appearances, limited releases and pairing-focused service gives a clear picture of how Sakaduki Brewing is shaping July. For beer drinkers in Tokyo, it suggests a month where the tap list will keep moving and the calendar may matter as much as the glass.
