The tap lineup features FLORA LAGER from FLORA FERMENTATION in Shiga, Fresh Hop IPA2026 from Shiga Kogen Beer in Nagano, and IRODORI Saison Yamamomo from Mugizakkoku Kobo in Saitama. Their listed ABVs are 5.0%, 6.5%, and 4.5%, respectively. The styles are lager, fresh hop IPA, and fruit saison.
The stock beer list includes Mugizakkoku Kobo’s Zakkoku Weizen at 5.5% ABV, FLORA FERMENTATION’s Mnemosyne at 5.0%, and two beers from Nara Brewing: MEMORY FIELD, a rosemary-infused Kölsch at 5.0%, and MACGUFFIN, a herb and spice ale at 6.0%.
The same post also introduces PEDROLINO’s seasonal pasta made with chestnuts and Gorgonzola cream sauce. Candied Japanese chestnuts are combined with a rich cream sauce and the salty, spicy character of Gorgonzola. The restaurant suggests enjoying the dish with aromatic white wine, smooth earthy and spicy red wine, or Urban Roots’ coffee stout, which had been featured previously.
PEDROLINO also publishes a casual blog titled “What’s Today’s Menu?” on its website, with updates planned roughly twice a month. For beer lovers, the restaurant offers an opportunity to pair carefully selected craft beers with seasonal Italian food. Tap availability and business days should be confirmed with the venue before visiting.
