Craft Beer Kitchen Kokorono-tsuki posts June 20 tap list with Garden Path and Fort George
The Yokohama beer pub Craft Beer Kitchen Kokorono-tsuki announced a June 20 tap update, featuring two new beers: Garden Path Fermentation's The Little Horse Around and, once it arrives, Fort George Brewery's Sherman IPA. The day's lineup totals six beers.
Craft Beer Kitchen Kokorono-tsuki, a beer pub on the second floor in Miyakawacho, Noge, Yokohama, opened at 14:00 on June 20. In the post, the shop described the mood as enjoying "beautiful beer and Chinese food together" and shared its tap update for the day.
The two beers highlighted as new pours were Garden Path Fermentation's The Little Horse Around and, upon arrival, Fort George Brewery's Sherman IPA. The former is described as a saison built around local wild yeast, oak-barrel fermentation, dry hopping, and secondary fermentation with honey, giving it layers of barrel character, spice, and fruit. Sherman IPA is presented as a hop-forward, refreshing IPA using Strata, Ekuanot, and Luminosa, with tropical and citrus notes.
Today's tap list
- Garden Path Fermentation - The Little Horse Around
- Devil Craft Brewery - Seize the Throne
- Hop Kotan Brewing × Black Tide Brewing - One Lap Behind
- Taihu Brewing - Vapor Dreams
- Fort George Brewery - Sherman IPA
- Hop Kotan Brewing - AKIRA囃子
The food side of the post also points to the kitchen's Chinese-leaning lineup: steamed chicken with sansho and green onion sauce, eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, shrimp mayo, and yodare wonton. It reads as a straightforward beer-and-Chinese pairing spot in Noge, with a tap list that spans saisons, IPAs, and collaboration releases.
