A varied beer lineup at Mugibaru

Mugibaru, a beer pub in Nishi-Kamata, Ota, Tokyo, has introduced its current and upcoming beer selections. The post also mentions shibazuke tartar chicken nanban and Haneya Junmai Ginjo “Kirabi,” giving guests food and sake options alongside the beer list.

The current lineup begins with “Namachan’s IPA” from NAMACHAん Brewing in Tokyo. It is an American IPA at 6% ABV. From Hokkaido brewery Hop Kotan comes “epitta -Sorachi Ace IPA-,” another American IPA, this time at 7% ABV.

Shizuoka’s Hansharo Beer is represented by “Nnabana! Honey Golden Ale,” a 5% golden ale. Y Market Brewing from Aichi contributes “Hysteric IPA,” a 7% American IPA. Together, these beers offer several different interpretations of hop-forward drinking, from a moderately strong IPA to a more expressive option.

The list also includes Asahi’s “Jukusen,” a 5.5% pilsner. Its crisp lager profile provides an accessible alternative to the IPAs and makes it a practical pairing for the pub’s food menu.

The next beers announced are equally varied. Hop Kotan’s “ikor” is a 7.5% melon hazy IPA. “Japanese Pear Weizen” from Kanagawa’s Sankt Gallen is listed as a 5.5% fruit beer, while Mie-based Ise Kadoya Beer’s “Ohisama Ale” is a 5.5% XPA.
